M-PVA SAVx; Streptavidin-functionalized
|
|
Standard particle sizes: | M-PVA SAV1: 0.5 - 1 µm (article No. 227) M-PVA SAV2: 1 - 3 µm (article No. 228) |
Min. quantity delivered: | 2 ml bead suspension |
Concentration: | 25mg/mlMagnetite: 50 - 60 % |
Storage: | in PBS-Puffer pH 7.2; 0.1 % bovine serum albumine (for Stabilization) 0.05 % Sodium azide |
Binding Capacity: | M-PVA SAV1 |
M- PVA SAV2 |
Properties: Streptavidin is immobilized covalently on the surface of superparamagnetic polyvinyl alcohol beads. Their high magnetite content permits the rapid separation of biotinylated target molecules. Because of thehydrophilic nature of the polyvinylalcohol matrix, unspecific binding properties are reduced to a minimum. These beads have a polydisperse size distribution.
M-PVA OdTx; Oligo(dT)30-functionalized

Standard particle sizes: | M-PVA OdT1: 0.5 - 1 µm (article No. 230) M-PVA OdT2: 1 - 3 µm (article No. 231) |
Min. quantity delivered: | 2 ml bead suspension |
Concentration: | 25 mg/ml |
Magnetite: | 50 - 60 % |
Storage: | in TE-Puffer (10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0); 0.05 % sodium azide |
Binding capacity: | M-PVA OdT1 |
M-PVA OdT2 |
Properties: Oligo(dT) is immobilized on the surface of superparamagnetic polyvinyl alcohol beads. Their high magnetite content permits the rapid separation of polyadenylated target molecules. For optimal separation results, we recommend the use of a binding buffer with a 0.5 mol/l sodium chloride salt concentration. These beads have a polydisperse size distribution.
