Vertriebsmitarbeiter (w/m)
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie vor allem in Deutschland. Weiter sollen Sie an deren zukünftiger Planung im Dialog mit der Unternehmensleitung aktiv mitwirken. Zu Ihren Aufgabenfeldern gehört die Akquise neuer Kunden und die aktive Beratung und Betreuung unserer Ist-Kunden. Im Vordergrund Ihrer Tätigkeit steht dabei die Präsentation und Vermarktung unserer Produkte im Bereich automatisierte Nukleinsäure-Isolierung. Dies wird über unterschiedliche operative Ansätze realisiert, was eine kontinuierliche oder aktionsorientierte Marktbefragung erfordert. Neben Umsatz und Absatz in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich sind Sie auch für das Ergebnis im Team verantwortlich.
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise in Molekularbiologie oder langjährige Erfahrung in der molekularen Diagnostik und besitzen ein hohes technisches Verständnis. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über wirtschaftlich orientiertes und analytisches Denken und setzen PC-Standard-Software routiniert ein. Sie überzeugen im Umgang mit Ihren Geschäftspartnern als aufgeschlossene, freundliche und präsentationsstarke Persönlichkeit. Sie bringen großes Engagement für Ihre Aufgabe mit und sind an einer langfristigen Tätigkeit in diesem Gebiet interessiert.

Field Sales Person/Sales Manager in UK
To increase our sales activities in UK by starting direct sales, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Person/Sales Manager ideally based in UK.
Position requires a highly motivated, self-organized and assertive sales professional with the drive and desire to exceed goals in territory. Position requires solid working knowledge of current research techniques and trends. This person will have a strong background in DNA/RNA purification and experience in selling to Genomic market.
The Field Sales Person/Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales in UK. Travel to seminars, tradeshows and sales calls presentations will also be required.
Skills
- BS in a Life Science (i.e. Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology, etc.) discipline or equivalent education and experience
- Two to four years successful sales experience, preferably to Life Science research/diagnostics laboratory customers
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of research/diagnostics needs in a unique client base
- An individual who strives to 'win'
- Experience in pre and post sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Travel up to 40 %
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission with unlimited growth potential.
