Field Sales Person/Sales Manager in UK
To increase our sales activities in UK by starting direct sales, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Person/Sales Manager ideally based in UK.
Position requires a highly motivated, self-organized and assertive sales professional with the drive and desire to exceed goals in territory. Position requires solid working knowledge of current research techniques and trends. This person will have a strong background in DNA/RNA purification and experience in selling to Genomic market.
The Field Sales Person/Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales in UK. Travel to seminars, tradeshows and sales calls presentations will also be required.
Skills
- BS in a Life Science (i.e. Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology, etc.) discipline or equivalent education and experience
- Two to four years successful sales experience, preferably to Life Science research/diagnostics laboratory customers
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of research/diagnostics needs in a unique client base
- An individual who strives to 'win'
- Experience in pre and post sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Travel up to 40 %
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission with unlimited growth potential.
