PCR Product Purification
The chemagic PCR Pure Kit is designed to purify PCR products by removing impurities while maintaining a high yield of PCR product. The protocol is scalable for purification from starting volumes less than 50 μl up to a few millilitres of PCR samples. PCR products larger than 100 bp in size have been purified. The purified PCR fragments are eluted in either a low salt buffer or water and can be used for microarrays, automated fluorescent DNA sequencing and restriction digestion.

Six PCR products purified using the chemagic PCR Pure Kit show the 432 bp GAPDH product with no visible primers.
