chemagic Kits for Plasmid Purification
The chemagic Plasmid Mini Kit enables efficient purification and abundant quantities of highly pure plasmid DNA (A260/A280 = 1.80 - 1.95) from bacteria. Different M-PVA Magnetic Beads are used to clear lysates and to bind the plasmid DNA. Purified DNA is suitable for applications such as automated fluorescent sequencing, cloning or transformation.
